ALECRIM was born from a simple belief: fire brings people together. What began as a family churrasco in the backyard grew into a house where prime cuts, open flame and Brazilian hospitality meet.
Every cut is selected by hand, aged with patience and carved tableside. Our grill masters train for years to read the fire the way a sommelier reads a vintage.
Today, ALECRIM welcomes guests from around the world — but the table still feels like home.
